Oh you did each thread individually? Glad you learned an easier way. I opted out of automatic email as the default setting, I just post too much for that, but there are some threads I individually subscribe to.

Same here. I deactivated that feature long ago, but in the last few months I have intermittently gotten a few here and there. I wondered what was up with it. A few are no problem, so I didn't want to worry about it. But maybe it is somehow connected to others' not getting theirs. ??? I don't know much about computers/servers and the like. If it all works fine, I'm okay, but when anything goes wrong, I'm more inclined to go get a new computer. Thankfully, my dad can help fix most of my problems. But I have never asked him site-specific problems.

I am still not getting the emails, which I loved. I haven't changed any of my settings. I know how to check each thread but email makes it easier.

Go to "User CP" and you will find "Edit Options" under "Settings & Options." Here's a shortcut.

I finally deleted my old email for notifications and made a new account. This was the only thing that fixed this problem for me. Now they come through just fine. I went from a yahoo account to Gmail.

I had to turn everything off.. I was getting 100 to 150 emails per day.

We have found that certain email providers may be blocking or slowing down YorkieTalk emails. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this point, if you want to send in a complaint to them, you are welcome to. We have found that through a test account that email notifications get sent to Gmail accounts rather promptly.
