Administrator | We haven't had any reports of any downtime with YT in the past few days. We do recommend using Firefox or Chrome or Opera to use YT, though Internet Explorer should work fine. You may try the below: First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings. When you sign in, checkbox the Remember Me button. https://helpdesk.jetnet.aa.com/knowb.../aa_bb9167.htm You can also try to clear your Internet cache files. Here's how to do that: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/...learcache.mspx We suggest members do NOT use the AOL Browser to access YorkieTalk. Internet Explorer or Firefox works much better with our site. Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable) or Opera (Opera browser | Faster & safer internet | Free download), both which are free. The missing security token can happen when you let the browser window sit for 15 minutes or more, as the system thinks you are no longer active on the site. Usually, you can refresh the page and then post your thread or reply. |

| At home I use Chrome and awhile back when most everyone was having the error message issues, I was as well. Admin got it resolved and I've had no problems since. Chrome seems to handle it pretty well. At work IE is used and if I'm off for any length of time and that includes trying to take my time typing a reply, it logs me out. Very frustrating but no way am I monkeying around with the settings on any work computers. Chrome is free, and with all the cool beta apps available is really fun.
