Yorkie Yakker | banned???? when it says banned next to someones username.. along with scamming members.. who decides that?? sorry im new to that part of yorkietalk. and how can you scam a member?? |

| What do you mean by scam a member? When people are banned that means they have broken the rules and they are no longer welcome here. That is something that the Admins and the Mods decide.

| That would be either Admin or a Moderator that decided on banning someone for breaking a rule. Sometime when rules are broken you are given a warning or suspension. But there are some rules that will be an automatic ban. There are a few rules like scamming members or stealing that are pretty much an automatic ban. But like I said that is decided by Admin or a Mod.
