I could be way off base, but it seems if you hit refresh it sometimes will fix it. The credit ad is the one that when it pops up, I cringe. I swear everytime I see it, my browser must be restarted.

| The only good that can come from this YT lag time is possibly a minute or five to rethink your choice of verbage when in a hot thread...lol!  Bad thing tho'...if you choose to edit your post, you may have lost that window of edit time and then it'll be there in black & white for eternity...

| Administrator  | We have been looking into why YT slows down sometimes, but we have yet to pinpoint the exact issue. Our best guess is that sometimes there is just too many members on YT at a single moment, which is something our server sometimes just can't handle... We have not made any changes to advertisements that appear on YT in quite some time. There will always be some times where YT is more "active" which may cause the server to be a bit slower than we would like, unfortunately... |

| Well, it has been worse over the past few months.... are there that many more people now? It happens late at night when less people are on ... actually happens all of the time pretty much. It was never like this! I swear those ads have changed .. I realize you always had them, but they are just different now. Or am I crazy? hahah I might regreat asking that ....

| I hate to say this, but whatever was done earlier either did nothing or made the problem worse. The site is so lagged tonight. As long as I have been on YT I have never seen it like it has been....are there really that many more people online in the past month? I am sorry...I don't mean to sound complaining...it is just that it is awful. Something is very wrong.

| Google Chrome browser rocks! It is really fast......................and safe. That's what I've been using and haven't had any major issues at all with YT. Well worth looking into.
