Picture Posting Help - Page 4 - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Hi, I've been trying to post some pictures from my digital camera, but the size is too big (all are around 800 kb).They uploaded to the Gallery with no problems though. I downloaded the recommended software and resized the pix to the smallest size (recommended by Admin) and now they can't be posted because it says the Format is invalid.They're all JPEG files...Any advice?

If you want I can look at them to see if they may be too big - that's the prompt I think we get if they're too big for uploading - just pm me if you need help ok ?

i wanted to post up a video clip in the forum but i dont have any idea how to do it, i have been browsing through this forum again n again to search how to upload an video clip yet still unsuccess

would really love to share my new baby with all of you

You can't post videos directly in any posts. You can go to dropshots.com and upload them there. That's the site most YTers use. Then you just give a link in a post, and people will go there directly.

I have a photo entered under my profile, but when I post, I see my user name but no photo. How can I get it to show up?

you need it to be under 19.48 kb's (I think that's the exact limit) and no bigger than 75 x 75 pixels - if you pm me you can send it to me and I'll size it for you

I tried to follow the direction, but attaching it only allows me to do so on the message itself, but not on the left side of the screen. How do I do it? I see everyone's picture when they reply to my thread, but when I reply back, I don't see any pictures.

If you are refering to the avatar (small picture under your username), you already have one there!

I think you have to have a certain amount of posts for that, but I don't remember how many. 500 maybe?

Help i cant post pictures i downloaded the irfanview and resized it to 75x75 but then when i try and upload it it says its still too large IT CANT BE the picture isnt even half the size of my pinkie nail what am i doing wrong
