| I'm pretty sure we can. There's been 1 member I've seen so far who's made up a new name |

| I have seen a member here get permission to change her username, but I think overall it is not allowed. Admin would have to change the setting in our user CP to allow us to change them. I would love to change mine too as it is the name of my boxer, the first thing that came to mind when I signed up before I had my yorkie puppy. Last edited by Breeze; 08-15-2005 at 10:19 AM. |

Administrator | Unfortunately, due to the way the forum is set up, it gets way too confusing if someone changes their username. Thus, we do not allow user name changes after a member's first few days. If you want to create a new account and abandon (not use any more) your old account, you are free to do so. If you are a Donating Member and you want to do this, we can not move over your Donating Account status. If you do want to make a new account, you will start with 0 posts again, and please let us know so we can render the old account unusable. It is against the rules to have more than one active YorkieTalk account for one person. Thanks. |
