| Problem with ads Just now when I signed out of YT, I was rather shocked and disappointed to see an ad for this site below along with three others as ads at the top of the screen under the big YorkieTalk.com banner. http://teacupyorkiebreeder.com/ This is a problem for me. I understand that YorkieTalk needs this revenue to cover some of the expenses of this site and keep it free. I understand that, but do we really have to support these advertisers?

| I haven't had that happen to me yet, but I'll be on the lookout.

| I agree with you 100%. I hate to see ads for puppies, especially from internet breeders you know are probably either backyard breeders or brokers for puppy mills. It sabotages our efforts to help newbies find a reputable breeder. I know we had the same problem on the Maltese forum I belong to a few years ago. The administrator was able to do something to stop all the ads for puppies since no live animal sales are permitted there anyway. |

Administrator | The ads are run by Google and they pair up ads with content in the threads. We have not seen that particular ad. Ads are necessary to help run this community. YorkieTalk in no way supports nor endorses any particular ad. |
