I dont know just got his Sunday morning, he drinks more than 500ml half a liter of water. Shocks I just weighed him he is 6.16 at 5 months I FEEL he will be a huge dog, also the breeder now tells me IT WASNT HER DOG and how she bought him to breed and he got only one testicle. So ´God only knows what other stories I will hear.

This dog is going to be HUGE he is so heavy to lift as it is. 2.8 kilos is 6.16US pounds

I DONT LIKE BEING LIED TO especially when I trust a person's word. I am sure I am going to get more surprises . I am pretty angry, I know now WHY she sold him. She knows he will be huge. At five months and this big, I expect a very large dog.

Wont you all be angry if you are told one thing then learn all this? Who knows if he is not diabetic. I am taking him in the morning. My vet is not there this afternoon

There are lots of "teapots" on here...and he might even not get any bigger..you never know?? Sounds like this poor guy didnt get a good start so hopefully he will get a happy ending..

He seems to love me already, follows me around like my shadow and the pom is so bitter angry. They are snarling at each other really bad you are hearing teeth cling together. I have them both in time out together and guess what? THEY ARE CUDDLING lol, one m inute murdering each other now cuddling lmao

That is what I think. Somethign is wrong. MY pom drinks maybe 50ml of water in a whole day. I have removed the water for now. Will give it again. He is peeing up a storm in the belly band.

I just got back a while ago from the pet shop. There is nothing in this country called belly bands for male dogs. They only have diapers for the female dogs. So I will have to make some I guess spandey and a sanitary pad will work if I sew it together?. The socks is holding with toilet paper but they are peeing right thru it

Can you show me the one you got. They are called welpin somethign here and I saw them. At the pet shop it sells for 109.00 and I am like what the heck . So I will ebay it. Is it strong enought for two boys to rump and get on so wild in and not break it apart?

Hon, what is a TEAPOT? a small yorkie or a big yorkie? And at what age do they stop growing? How much should a puppy his age and weight eat?

A teapot is just a nickname for a larger yorkie..you know how they call the tiny ones teacups?? Its just a cutsie name for a larger one...they stop growing at around 8 months or so I would say...I would think he should eat about 3/4 of a cup a day..split into 2 feedings..maybe someone else will have better advice for you on that subject. There are LOTS of people on here that sell belly bands..I bought a couple from KimberlyAnn her screen name is lilbitranch and her website is..

Water consumption depends on soooo many things, please do not restrict his access to water even though he is drinking an awful lot. Hopefully the vet will run some tests on him to ensure he is a-ok.

Don't be upset that he is a bigger yorkie, lots of YT members have bigger yorkies. Just more to love. His growth is going to slow way down once he hits 6 months anyway.
