I will keep Mattie in my prayers. It is not yor fault. I always worry because cali and Pixie will wrestle under the bed and once in awhile I hear a head bump on the bedframe. It is so hard to keep them 100% safe.

Get better Mattie & it sounds like you are a very good mommy, some waste time coming on here and asking what to do when it is obvious you should go to the vet right then, which you did. It wasnt your fault, its like letting your child ride a bike, they are going to wreck sometimes but you cant keep them in a bubble -prayers

Bless your heart! I'm so sorry this happened to Mattie. I hope both she and you are better soon. You can't always stop things from happening. It's not your fault and she was having fun. Keep us updated please.

Brenda, just seeing this. I hope your precious Mattie is much better this
am. Accident's happen every day. These little stinkers think they are
much larger than they really are and seem not to have any fear at all.
Let's hope Mattie has learned her lesson this time.

( what I call run) hehee.. and they took her right back. Well she woke up in the mean time me driving there. She still wasn't responding well. Her right eye was all bloodshot. It scared me to just looking at it. The vet had to calm me down as I was crying. He kept telling me accidents happen. Well, to make a LONG story short.. she has a slight concussion. She started to standing and walking a little and whining when she seen me. He gave her some medicine to help the inflamation and pain. He said to keep her quiet and don't let her run around, she will probably sleep alot.. Right now she is sleeping but she did get up and go to the potty pad an peed! She then went right back to her bed and went to sleep. I still am crying. she is so little and precious. My husband go to the vets in record time.. and hugged me and said it wasn't my fault. I still blame myself. I should have made them quit running around and playing and rough housing. I sure hope she will be okay. Just say a prayer and I will keep in touch.

HI Everyone!

I thought everyone would be wondering how Mattie is.. she is alot better today. She ate a little this morning and drank. she still wasn't herself. By this afternoon she was up running to the door to greet Daddy! She barked finally this afternoon.. I was crying when I heard her barked.. she hasn't barked since she hurt herself yesterday. she is sitting right next me in the recliner.. Max is on the other side.. bobo is at the end and LIbby is on the other side on the end. My husband said he will have to take a picture of me and my 4 babies .. Its comical to look at with all of them on me.
The vet said to still watch her close, but he thinks she will be okay now. Her eye looks ALOT better than it did last night. .It's amazing how fast these little things can recover.. ME I don't think I have recovered yet. I stayed up all night with her next to me to make sure she was okay. So everyone.. she is doing okay so far. I will keep you all posted ..

AGAIN YT Friends came thru with prayers.. I knew they would work. Thanks so much everyone!

Poor little Mattie!!! It sounds like she bumped her head so hard that she knocked herself out!! Thank goodness you were there!!!
You know we read on here all the time about people's furbabies acting strange & not themselves....well, it is probably because of stuff like what happend to Mattie. We cannot be there to watch them every second.
I hope Mom & Mattie are feeling better!!!!
