| He needs to be seen by a vet. That is too long to go without pooping. He might have an obstruction. Are you sure he isnt going then eating it?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | For a WEEK he hasn't pooped? If yes, GO TO THE VET asap!!!!!!!!!! There could be a number of things wrong - but this would head into emergency visit territory in my mind. Do keep us updated! Have you talked to the breeder about it? What are you feeding?

| I would take him to another vet. Something is wrong with him to not have pooped for this long. Puppies poop several times a day

| wow ..a week is a long time! Maybe he goes when you are not around and then eat it. yorkies are known to eat their own poop..i know mine does when she goes and i am not around to clean it up right away. |

| I didn't realize he might be eating it but i hardly let him out of my sight. He is my first one and only dog so he has become my baby. Husband is almost jealous! So I don't think he might have been eating it but I will take him to another vet. |

| Please take him to another vet immediately. If he is not eating it his poop and he is eating food there is a major problem in my opinion.

| my puppy pooped I called a vet up and they suggested pumpkin filling so I went to the store to pick it up and he did his buisness almost instantly. It was runny and not as much as he should have but I'll keep feeding it to him for the next day or two. |

| I hope your pup is going potty. He is so very young, and the pumpkin filling was not the ready made filling with sugar, etc.? Take care and look forward to another post from you. Warmly, Deborah

| Glad to hear the good news and my suggestion would be to stop the pumpkin (you are probably at that point already).
