| Heat Rash?! Do dogs gets heat rash? I took my Yorkie yesterday at the dog park and he was playing for the first 45 minutes - then all of a sudden, he just sat in the shade and wouldn't play anymore... so I took him and we left. In the car, I felt these little bumps all over his skin... It was red and raised bumps, kinda looks like bug bites (mosquito bites) and these bumps were all over his skin! I panicked and made an appointment with the vet.. but the earliest appointmet was at two and I called at like 11:30!! So I was like fine, I made the appointment. In the meantime, I kept on urging my Yorkie to drink water and I opened the window in our room and blasted the fan pointing on him to cool him down. I would say about 30 minutes later, the bumps on his lower body were gone... and like an hour later, all of the bumps were gone... So I was wondering if any of your YTer's had this problem before? I just want to know if they get heat rashes or something like that... THANK YOU!

| Don't know about heat rash but what about an allergic reaction to some kind of weed? Nettles, maybe? They cause bumps on people that go away pretty quickly. Hope all turns out well with your baby.

I'll keep the dosage and medication in mind just in case it happens again. Thank you!
