| Hallee's injured knees...knee surgery :( She just went yesterday for her right leg and now today for her left. The vet should have checked both yesterday. The left is worse than the right. Her knee pops our every time she moves her left leg. She will be on anti-inflammatory medication for 10 days for pain and inflammation. If still limping ect then will have surgery. The vet thinks def. surgery though. He only does one leg at a time. He said later on her right will have to be done too. He said he does this surgery at least once a month so that makes me feel more comfortable. I am just worried about her waking up. That scares me more than anything. I just cried on my way home from the vet. I think I am taking this worse than Hallee. She is a tropper, not a sound of pain out of her. I hate seeing her this way, but we are doing all we can for her. Of course she is not running around or jumping like she normally does. The vet said after the surgery her leg will be back to normal. Please pray for Hallee and keep her in your thoughts. She will be two next month. __________________

| I just read your other thread.....did he describe the surgery to you? If he's a general practicing Vet chances are he is only doing the deepening of the groove. Did he mention using any pins? Also the price is usually a way to tell what "version" of the surgery he plans on doing.

| The vet said he would either be moving bone over or nip and tuck sorta speak. He said cost is like 150.00. He said he would do xray first. That is all the detail he went into. The vet office was very busy and they worked me in today. The more questions I kept asking the closer the vet kept inching toward the door. My hubby is looking online for specialist in the area. also. I am just worried sick.

| AWWWWW. Hallee is trying to play with Gracie. Just breaks my heart. They used to run and chase each other around with the toys. Now Hallee just walks around with it . I think Gracie knows something is wrong with her because she has not been as playful with her. Gracie tries to get her sometimes and she has been leaving her alone. We have got to get Hallee better.

| Oh, I hope she's better soon. How long will it be between surgeries on each leg?
