I groom them all myself. I tried Petsmart & The groomer at the Vets when they were small. All 3 times someone had a flea on them & it seemed as if Scruffy was traumatized each time? So I learned to do it myself!

				 | First time posting My baby was spayed Hi everyone This is my fist time posting and after reading all of your posts you all seem like great people. I have a beautiful little 6 month old yorkie her name is Sasha and we just had her spayed on Wed. She had to spend two nights at the hospital vets policy. It was the hardest two days of my life without her. Shes now home and recovering, will be on antibiotics for 10 days then her stictches come out. I cant wait to have her back to normal keeping her from running and jumping on the beds is sooooo hard. Just had a question did any of your babies after surgery go make pee pee then about a few minutes later return and squat but nothing comes out? she has done this several times then she looks down at the wee-wee pad and nothing is there. Im thinking maybe the muscles are still weak from the surgery? any info would be great. Maria & Sasha |

				 | Sasha's spay Maria, Hi there. Positive thoughts heading your way for a speedy recovery for Sasha. Roxee just had her stitches removed and she did great. After the third day, she was very hard to keep calm. She did fine, though. Roxee did got to the wee wee pad more often. She would just sprinkle a drop or two the second time to the pad. I agree with you that I believe it is like weak muscles or something. Maybe someone else has more insight on this topic??? If you are really worried, you could make a call to your vet to ask. Keep us posted on her recovery! Again, hope that all goes well.... Thea and Roxee |

Thanks for you reply. I am so glad that Roxee did wonderful with the removal of her stitches. How did they get her to stay still when they removed them now im stressing over that, does it hurt them? I am going to call her vet in the morning just to ask about the sprinkle here and there, she did much better this afternoon with the wee wee pad. I feel so bad for her, she wants to jump around and go play outside but im so nervous shes gonna open up her stitches. Maria
