| The other day he was up over 6 pounds. He had water like pockets all over his body. We thought he was dying then we took him off the Amoxcillian and dropped his Prednisone down to 1 pill a day. Half in the morning and half at night. That was on Friday. Since then he lost all the water pockets and is at 5 pounds which is his normal weight. He's a little weak and has a small rash from the pockets stretching his skin. But he's eating properly and back to normal. Boy can he snore! Thanks for all your prayers and nice posts. He must have heard all of you cause he's like he's 5 years old again. The vet gave him a clean bill of health today. Derek |

| Toby was on Medical weight control food for at least 6 years. Now he is on Royal Canin Low Fat dietary food. But since he was a pup he's been getting lots of chicken, steak, freshwater fish, rice, cheese and lean hamburger. His treats are carry outs from Walmart. All the dogs my family have had, eat a lot of people food. They all seem to live until at least 15. I am really surprised that Toby has lived this long with all the problems he's had throughout his life. Although Toby is never left alone. He goes with my parents everywhere. When he doesn't go with them I come over to their house. Again thanks for all the nice and caring words. Derek |

| He sure is a cutie. I love the pic of him peeking out of the covers. I'm glad everything worked out so well. Welcome, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about Toby.

| Toby is a real sweetheart!!! I certainly hope he continues to thrive and gives you a lot more Yorkie love. Sounds to me like you have a vet made in heaven, to have gotten him thru such trying times in his life. Of course it also sounds like he has a wonderful, loving family too!! Best wishes to Toby from me and Winston...

| What a sweet picture and glad he is feeling better. Please watch if he begins to have fluid on his chest again because it will be difficult for him to breath. Sending healing thoughts to you and your precious pup.
