Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Poor baby - I don't blame him for poopin on the table ....he went thru so much and he looks really really good !! That scar is pretty bad looking but hey - as long as it heals and he's ok that's what counts. I do think the vet could have done a little better but he's fine now ...All the best and I hope his problems are all in his past now and same with Minnie. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | He looks GREAT! (Especially love that third shot.) His sutured area looks good, too. SO much better than those first pictures. Those scared me! I'm hoping that for both you and Mickey this is the first step of many leading out of the dark days. Thoughts and prayers continue. |

| Hallelujah...Could it be that all our prayers were answered? Thank goodness!!! I think he looks great, has he gained back any of the weight he lost thru all this? I think it's so funny that he pooped on the vet's table...That'll show 'em who's boss!!! Way to go Mickey!!! I'm gonna have to do my homework to see exactly what that type of bladder crystals are...we still don't know if it could have been from his food or not...do we? Or what caused all this to happen to him? Still no news on the blood work...keep after them til you get a copy. I really just wanted to let you know I'm tickled that he's doing better...I've been so worried about him...been doing an awful lot of praying lately, I'm so glad somebody upstairs was listening...Give both Mickey & Minnie a big hug...and the same to you!!! You sure deserve a break...and so do they!!!

Thanks everyone. I asked the vet what causes these type of crystals, he said infections. I dont know, I never knowed him to have any infections. he goes to the vet reg. Yes Id say it was from all the prayers. Mickeys still kind of skinny but im sure he will put the weight back on. Hes starting to eat the dry prescription food pretty good now, But he wont touch the can. and yes I will keep after them for copys on those test results. | |

| Oh No! That doesn't sound good. I would definitely get him back to the vet. Bumping this up so that someone might be able to help. Has he been urinating okay?

| Found this at http://www.justanswer.com/JA/ASP_ASK...breed-dogs.htm Q:The color of my dog's penis has turned a white color A:This could be a circulation issue in that area or over the whole body. Check the mucus membranes in his mouth and under his eyelids to see if they too look pale where they are usually pink. If its just the penis it may be a problem with the prostate or another issue cutting off a blood supply to the area. You should see your vet about this Maybe a complication from the surgery?

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | if his gums are white that's a sign of anemia and he needs to see a vet immediately.

| Well...at least he's eating the dry food a little, that's good news...what if anything can he have for a snack with his special diet, trying to think what he could eat that won't hurt him, don't want him getting sick again. Is he getting any more color in his penis? I'm concerned beings the vet checked that part out when he saw him, and said "it'll get better"...oh man...it sounds circulatory to me...like maybe not enough blood supply. But maybe his lack of nutrition can do that, I know their gums will turn whitish if their blood sugar is low...or at least that's what I've been told. In any case, I'm not gonna stop praying yet...I'm not totally convinced that he's 100% out of the woods yet...more hugs...more prayers...don't give up!!!
