| My god I was in tears reading your return story. I am so glad you got him back. If see a dog running loose the first thing I do is look for the owner. More people need to learn that these are our babies and we love them like our kids. I think you di right to say he needed meds. That was a great Idea. Bless his little heart I am sure he is glad to be home safe. |

| I just read this thread. You were so smart for thinking about adding a medical condition. I'm sure that's why she called. No one wants a sick dog unless it's truely yours. I'm so glad it turned into a happy ending.

| Praise God, Praise God!! I can't imagine how you felt. My boys started barking out the window last night and I looked out to see a shnauzer running through the yard. I went out about a minute later to try to call it to me ( my yorkie wouldn't let me out the front door) to find a man that lives a few houses down, casually walking down the street. I said, "you lookin for a shnauzer?" he said yes, we opened the door and he flew right out. I said that I have a yorkie just like that, and i told him which direction it went. I kept asking myself, If that was my dog, I would beg for someone to get him, and call me. I told the guy I was going to read it's tag and call the number but he was able to get the dog right away. He walked back by my house with the shnauzer laying like a baby in his arms, and I was so thankful. Please, if you see a dog running in your neighborhood, forget about fixing dinner, or whatever your doing and go see if that baby has tags.

| Hooray So glad Chaz is back home and you were very smart to list on the flyer that he needed meds. How long was he gone? Can't imagine the feeling or desperation you must have felt. Again, congratulations and shame on the woman who planned on keeping him.
