Heads Up on the Peter Pan

Roxy bounced back as soon as she started the antibiotics. Pooh is normal and no more yakking. In fact, she just finished chewing on chloe(the cat). The vet was pretty amused I took in the stool sample for them to check. She said, lots of cat fur, bird seed, but no signs of worms or sneakers.
So far, every store I have asked that sells the PB will take it back.

oh my i havent even heard about contam. pb, what brands were there or was it just peter pan? i use jif but the frankster hasnt gotten any. ohhhh we can trust or eat anything anymore from the stores

OK guys i just want to say this saoumanilla(sp) is awful and it sometimes does feel like the flu when my baby(skin kid) was 7 months old he got it bad he was pooping blood and running a fever of 104.5 for 8 days if you or your kids feel sick take them in right away and have a fecal sample done it is better to know and be safe then let it go it took me going to the doctor everyday for 7 days before they found out that was what it was my baby's skin was bright red from the fever we thought he was going to die because he was so sick. his poop was like a watery green slim with blood in it. this bacteria is nasty and it can take a few days to kick in. Please if you guys think you have been exposed and feel sick please get checked!

The brands are Great Value and Peter Pan. The code on the top of the jar lid will begin with 2111. If you have a jar that begins with this take it back to the store or toss it.
