| Wow, I guess we have a few things in common at the moement..I'm a post open heart nurse, but like you I know to much about what is going on tomorrow then I want.....and to top it off I watched some pet hospital show last night, some hospital in I think Colorado where they have top of the line surgery suites, an ICU, CT machines...............everything just for animals, but anyways, they showed a bunch of animals getting surgeries and it just broke my heart seeing them asleep on the table. You also touched on a subject I have been meaning to ask about.......the teeth thing.......I always wondered if I would ever be able to actually see his baby teeth fall out or how that would happen.........because I have never see any theeth so I though maybe I just missed them or he swallowed them, but when I looked in his mouth today I noticed that about 3 teeth on both sides, the teeth midway down have his baby teeth still intact and his adult teeth are growing in right behind them...........they are not all the way in but they are more then just the bud, poorp puppy has like 2 sets of teeth in his mouth.....but the vet told me last month ehwas a bit behind on losing his teeth so I guess that swhy I have not found teeth on the floor...............Good luck to you and I will shoot some posts to you tomorrow...........CHRISTINE |

| My Layla is getting spayed Wednesday... My heart goes out to Bella, I am worrying for my Layla Bean everyday until Wednesday. I too, know she will be ok but I am sick over the pain she will endure... can anyone tell me what kind of Onesies are best for a VERY skinny 4 lb Yorkie who I swear is Houdini's daughter? She can get out of anything. I have a doggie-cone but I'm reading several posts here where people are swearing Onesies are better... thanks! And if you could give me an update on Bella, that would be great!

| Bella is doing great! The first day I picked her up about 3pm and she just wanted to sleep...she wouldn't eat or drink ANYTHING. I tried to tempt her, but no go. I figured she just needed rest. She had had a pain shot so she was sleepy. The second day she ate and drank well. She has normal potty habits also. She is still a little constipated though. Today she is begging to go on a walk and has been playing in the backyard like nothing ever happened. She does try to lick her stitches every now and then...so the onsies are good. I got Bella the newborn size..she is 4lbs also. I cut a little hole for her tail. You have to unbutton it everytime you take them potty. I took it off of her today and put her hoddie on and she is fine. I was very nervous also, and nothing anyone says will make you not be. Just know you are doing what's best and it is harder on you than them. Let us know how she does....

| Thank you! Your words make me feel a bit better, thank you. In your avatar, Bella looks round around the middle but Layla is VERY skinny and has no tummy and she has toothpicks for legs, but I will look for Onesies for her tonight... I am so grateful Bella is doing so well!
