| sick little Jaxon I've been so lucky to never post in here! All weekend Jaxon has seemed out of sorts, and really runny poops. Last night it was like mini explosions in different parts of the house. Luckily during the day he makes it outside. He keeps ringing the bells to go out and has this panicked look on his face. He felt warm to me on Saturday but often seems like his usual self. We're going to the vet at 3pm today - hopefully it's nothing major. I've had an awful cold and feel like maybe he has it too.

| Poor Jaxon. Feel better pup. I wouldn't hesitate to put alittle vasoline jelly on his bum. It works for human's why not our furbabies? Cook chicken and rice and take him off all foods until his stool gets firmer. Doe's he chew rawhides? I found that to be the cause of Buddy's diahrea in the past. I know they are not suppose to have them but I had no choice since he was a strong chewer. Good luck at the vet today. Parasites is another thing to look into. |

| Ok, we're back from the vet. They did a fecal check and said there wasn't anything abnormal which is good. The vet put Jaxon on Flagyl so we'll see how that goes. We were just paying and getting ready to leave when Jaxon had an 'accident' in his Celltei bag. Not what I needed, that's for sure. I'm battling an awful cold myself and feeling terrible. Luckily they helped me clean things up. He's seeming like his usual self so hopefully the medication will slow down the diarrhea.

| Andrea Flagyl is a good all around antibiotic that should clear it up (usually within 24-48 hours) I would also suggest feeding rice only for a day or two to make it easier on his system.
