:sidesplt: omg...Villette....you crack me up! |
Oh the poor thing. I bet hes sore. Im glad it back in its place. Your lucky you got it back after it being out so long with out the help of a vet. |
This same thing just happened to Pete last night:eek: . He was humping his pleasure pooch for a few minutes then laid down and was resting, I went over to him about an hour later to hold him and noticed it was still halfway out! It had never stayed out that long before about 45 minutes later I decided to try and help it, we have some sterile lubricant in the house so I put a dab on and gently. . . well maybe thats too much info but whatever I did it seemed to help, within about 15 minutes it was back where it should be. I too was planning on taking Pete to the vet if it didnt go back, I read it can be very painful and also causes infections if its out too long. Needless to say his pleasure pooch (by the way not a name I gave it, its what the tag says!) is on a permanent time out I dont need that happening again! Im glad to hear your little man is doing ok, he certainly did not look happy in that photo. |
Also, Pete was neutered about a year ago and this seemed to have no effect on his size. |
warm bath Hi Lady's, I had read about this before, the penis just got dry before going back in all the way. A warm bath should do the trick !! I have recommended to another yorkie mom very scare because it had already been hours like that and in 15 min in the bath it went back in. :D |
My daughter's little pom mix had surgery for a shunt a few weeks ago, and ever since he got home, everytime he's around us his little thing is out. He is neutered. It'll be in when we come home, but the minute we even speak to him, out it comes! It goes back promptly, but my daughter particularly is wishing he would not do this. Any ideas? |
If it happens again Put a touch of sugar on it. This happened to Rocky before and my moms friend works at a doggy spa place, and she recommended sugar. I also think I heard about that on here too. Anyways, it went back in right away with sugar on it. I hope this doesn't happen again for him though. They look so sad when it's stuck out |

My thoughts exactly! |
So the whole lipstick staying out thing happens to my baby boy about twice a month when he is "friendly" with his stuffed toys, my vet told me to wet it and just gently pull skin back over it. But I must add my poor Jake is hiding behind the couch in shame after seeing that picture seems he is not as well endowed as others OMG and he is sure to have a complex after seeing donkey boy!!! Ruthx |
I just want you lady's do no that i have now peed my pants. I am glad he is ok because this is the funniest message i have read yet on here. |

you guys are crazy, this makes the long work day go by so quickly, i mean just not to long ago it was noon and now its almost timem to go home, woo hoo i love it here, i never want to turn it off |
Thank goodness Bear & Peanut haven't done that, that even scared me, not to be crude but thank goodness Max (gsd)hasn't done that...I guess you learn something new everyday......:p |
If Alphy ever does that, I'm am so outta here. That thing was bigger then the dog. I can't believe he didn't implode for crying out loud. It'll never work right again. I'm still horrified and it's been hours later. I am so gonna panic if I ever come across that... let alone try and explain it to my kids. |

Well happy to have a girl here and not have to come around these kind of Um! situations. Poor little guy though. I am sure happy to know he is ok and hopefully this episode was a once in a lifetime kinda thing.:) |
OH poor baby! My little guy gets a 'hard on' almost everyday also. He licks it for awhile and it goes away or if I pick him up it goes away. I had no idea though that it could get stuck outside the body though! good to know! I have 2 boys, same age, same litter, and Ive never even seen the other one's lipstick and he is not fixed. My little guy IS fixed and his is out all the time! haha |
please help I'm glad your dog is ok. The vet told me not to let my dog hump anything anymore, as he threw his back out. Good luck. |

My first impression (before reading others' comments about size) was that the pic had been altered. |
you also need to put a little amount of sugar on it also.......SERIOUSLY. |
Have you ever laughed so hard you cried and then couldnt stop laughing?? This is the funniest post I have ever read on YT...not laughing at your sweet little boy..but at all the responses..omg my eyes are buring from my mascara lol... Dawn |

This is a correctable behavior and it is not good for the dog, it can cause injury and infection. When you catch them, scold them and remove the object of their obsession. Quote:
