| When my baby has diarrhea after eating new food..usually too many treats. I just get her back on a regular diet and it goes away quickly. I know some people recommend rice and chicken. Don't hold her food or water. If the problem continues for some time you might want to give your vet a call..the biggest danger is dehydration. |

| When either of my little ones have diarrea I give them a boiled egg and dry toast. That normally does the trick. I hope your baby gets better soon. |

| I never let mine have diahrea any longer than 3 days and not go to a vet. They have meds that will clear it right up. One time Chachi had it for over a week. I feed him chicken and rice but it didnt firm up his stools. It firmed up by two days with the meds

| That baby really may need to go to the vet. She may have picked something up like Coccidia. My little Hootie girl had diarreha when she was a tiny baby and I thought it was just from food or something she ate. But I finally took her to the vet and she definately had coccidia. But after I started her on meds, the coccidia cleared up right away. It is better to be safe than sorry with these little bitty ones. Please take her to a vet to have her checked for parasites. Hope she feels better soon. |
