| She has like 4 k9's on the bottom and I can't get her mouth open enough to see the top. She also has 2 loose molars in the back. |

| To Shamrock, Don't know why your vet wouldn't mention it, but it is definitely a problem. Not only will it affect the bite and make the adult teeth grow out of placement. They will also decay a lot sooner because bacteria will get trapped between the teeth. Decay not only looks unsightly and causes bad breath, it can lead to heart, kidney and liver problems if left untreated. Here's a link to the complications that can be caused by retained deciduous teeth (baby teeth). | When Babybear went in to have his cast put on his leg when he was 6 months old I had his teeth pulled. He had 2 extra on both top and bottom. I paid 8 dollars a tooth. You could ask you vet what they charge. I looked at it this way. I would rather pay the 8 dollars a tooth now the have to pay big bucks later if he got sick because of them. Val |

| I took my pup in to be spayed and the vet is charging me 40 for the teeth. |
