| update Charlie has been on the new food prescribed for a bout 17 days now, and has quit itching and is growing hair back where he was scratching. I don't know if the medication has accomplished this or the food. Am waiting for a call from vet to see what to add to diet at this point. I have a 9 yr. old poodle who was pretty sedentary, since food change he has dropped a little wt. (needed to) and is much more playful. My fussy eater 5 yr old poodle loves the food and is gaining a little wt.(needed to) My little tiny toy poodle (6 yr) very sedentary with bad patellas, now running around playing. What a change that food made in them. Hope this helps.

| diet All my dogs are on a prescription diet from vet. Royal Canin Rabbit and Potato. I know this is a temporary diet, hoping we will be able to progress to reg food soon, though the vet told me I might have to home cook for them, which is no prob as long as itching stops. I will be anxious to hear what route your vet takes. God Bless your will both be in my thoughts.

| Yay!!!! I am so happy for u both! Atleast u know now what u r dealing with, and can get it taken care of and move on, poor little trixie wont know how to act when she feels better. Charlie is ing a happy dance for Trixie! I wish we had good news too, but I know we will soon, I called the vet Monday afternoon and was told to leave him on diet for 60 days then we would see from there, which was fine, wouldn't u know that late Monday nite he started itching and also this morning too, but it seems to be subsiding now, maybe he got something I dropped on the floor while cooking, I don't know but due to relapse he has to go for blood test Nov. 2. Maybe we will have an answer soon. God Bless and enjoy your wonderful news!

| My Me-Me is having so much trouble with dark spots under her arms and itching so much. I took her to a dermatologist and he gave her oatmeal shampoo and rinse. She is still miserable. He did say to wait until we have our cold weather here(Chicago burbs) and see how she is. I feel so bad for her.
