When you first start the other thread I got so upset what this so call "breeder" and doogie day care or what the hell she called it. SHE NEEDS TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY IT WAS HER FAULT NOT YOUR'S.Sue the pants of the witch.Sorry about your little one.

I totally agree with everyone else. I didnt want to say anything when you first lost Dixie, but I thought that she should be held more responsible for her actions. Yes, accidents happen, but when she turns around and treats you horrible, when you are the grieving mother. HOW DARE HER!

Fight for lil Dixie. She deserves it. I have even got tears in my eyes thinking about this all over again. It was a horrible tragedy, and should never happen to any lil baby. ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD HOLD ON YOUR ANIMAL OR USE A PET TAXI!!!!!!!
Good luck with court.. and keep us informed.

I agree too! I never understood how some one who knows these little dogs will wiggle and try to jump couldn't hold onto you baby. it kills me her hands were too full and she didn't have a good hold on Dixie, or put her in her carrier. God Bless you.

Today I did some more research and found out some more bad news. She has more charges on her than I thought. I found another charge that found her GUILTY of doing business out of her home without a license.

So, I talked to my husband and we decided that we would like our money back, but honestly, more than anything, we want this lady brought to justice. I am going to focus on the legal problems that she has already encountered plus what she is still doing illegally and go from there. I am still taking her to court, but I really want to focus on bringing her to justice. I am doing it for Dixie, my sweet angel.

I doubt you have need to fear her, however, if you are concerned about that you can check for any conviction records through the district court at your courthouse. Non-conviction records are not public, but conviction records are public. That way you'd know if she has a background that should concern you. Good luck and bless you.
