Non stop snorting?? help!!

I just went through this with Diddy. He was reverse sneezing like crazy after he got the intranasal. His nose was also really runny. When I called the vet they also said it was probably allergies and to give him benadryl. I didn't think it ewas allergies and did not give him anything. After about a week and a half he was ok. I am so convinced it was from the vaccine. I don't think I will ever get it again unless I absolutely need to.

We gave him the inrta-nasal bortatella vacine. BIG MISTAKE! He told us that if Ender's symptoms were "alergies" that the shot would alleviate the symptoms that Ender has had since the vacine. We did the shot, and it didn't help. Which now, according to our vet means that he may have some kind of intra-nasal infection (a fungus) and would need to go inside the nasal cavity, get a culture, and run tests on it, and go from their. Which, of course, is a very expensive procedure. I guess the point that I am trying to get at, to be wary of intra-nasal vacinations (a regular shot is available for the bortetella). And anyone that has any success in overcoming this problem, we're open to suggestions.

This is exactly what has happened to us. My breeder warned against getting the Bordatella vaccine, but since we are around so many other dogs, I decided to do it anyway. It's been over a month now, with about 8 vet visits, and one round of antibiotics, and he's still coughing. Although now it's turned into more of a sneeze/snort like a pug. It is awful watching him struggle like this several times a day. He's been mostly high energy, but today he doesn't want to do anything but sleep, and he won't poop.
