| Thanks for your concern. My vet said he was going to pre treat her next time with a pain medication and maybe something for nausea as well. The next one is on the 28th. Hopefully things will go much better. In addition, I plan not to give her a full breakfast like I did last time. (She ate like a pig just before going for her vaccines). We also have deer (we nearly live in the woods!). However, I don't think he has mentioned lyme disease. I probably should have taken notes but, he just named all the routine vaccines and rattled off how he was going to wait on one to give later than usual and the one for kennel cough that he didn't want to give until she weighed more and then wait on the rabies, etc, etc. It seemed like he had a good handle on it, so I just went with his plan. So, we will see how things go the end of the month. I hope Gabey does better in November. Don't you just hate it when these little guys are in pain/sick. Just like I felt with my daughter when she was a baby (and still do even tho she is now 40!) Ellie |
