ok so now addy is appx 12 weeks and she has been to the vet 3 times now with kennel cough.....nothing has worked and it has progressed to pneumonia. she is on so many meds and they are all supposed to make her drowsy....problem is...shes not drowsy shes psychotic....she will not do any of her commands and she runs around the house growling and keeps slamming into things.....when she lays on the couch she just cries and cries.....when i say "whats wrong?" she jumps down and runs around and around and around until she nails something.

I would definitely go back to the vet. Your dog is having a totally different reaction to the meds and she can hurt herself.
How old is she?

I agree - she is definitely having an adverse reaction to the medications. Don't get discouraged, kennel cough can often take quite a while to clear up. I would also check her food and treat labels and make sure they contain none of the food sources known to cause allergies. Many times the allergies will cause respiratory syptoms that can quickly turn into other things.
Hope your little baby returns to normal very soon.
