| I suppose you could put some sugar or NutriCal in his water. Usually when little puppies are sick with diarrhea and an upset stomach - the last thing they need or want is food in their stomach for a while. Forcing food down a sick dog or child is never the best thing to do. Their stomachs definitely need a rest and are in no condition to handle and digest more food. But as so many of you always mention - water is a must. Good luck - It's no fun being up all night with someone or something that is sick. I have certainly been through that a lot. Carol Jean |
