| we're sure.... We took three views of his little tiny neck and his c-2 vertebra was completely disconnected from C-1. I don't know how he survived two weeks like that. The only thing the vet thought was that swelling kept everything in place and the pain away. The swelling went down and the pain came. He was still alert and licking me, but if he turned his head to the left, it caused excruciating pain. We couldn't bear to see him in pain (Jeanie, his breeder, and my friend). There was nothing the vet could do to fix it... I miss him so much.... deb |
