| Not eating I have a neighbor whos yorkie born in October of 05 and he is not eating, not being his usual playful self, just laying around looking sad. The vet said put him on a bland diet and could not find anything wrong but seeing him everyday we think that something is wrong. Any ideas on what this could b? |

| It doesn't sound right for a puppy that young, but I am glad he's being seen by a vet. Just tell them to make sure they give Nutrical or Nutristat to help him out since he's not eating well. I'm assuming the vet ran the appropriate tests, but they could always get another opinion or go back for a followup, if the treatment prescribed is not helping. I would want a blood test and urine test ran to see if anything looks suspicious there, definitely more than a visual examination. |

| Tell them to mix some cottage cheese in with his food and see if he will eat that. Also My vet had a special food he gave to Chachi one time when he was sick and wasnt eating. If it keeps up I would take him back to the vet. The only tme my dogs just would not eat anything at all they were sick

| Update? Do they know what is wrong yet? I sure hope he gets better soon. Sending my prayers that way.
