Too much deter? Hi. I got so mad at daisy this morning for eating her poop that i didnt even pay attention to what i did until about 4 hours ago. On the box it says one tablet for every 10lbs and i gave her one full tablet, daisy is only 4 lbs. Now she is very gloomy and has diarrhea. Can anything bad happen to her? I feel horrible

Watch her closely. She will probably be just fine.... Twice the amounts of most medicines may have effects, but certainly usually aren't too dangerous. Carol Jean

Well this morning i had to take her to an er vet because she had alittle blood in her poop, still diarrhea. So the blood was because she was irriatated from going to the bathroom. i didnt have them do a stool sample for worms because i really truly believe it has nothing to do with that. They gave her a shot of pepcid, metronidazole to help stop the diarrhea and some i/d wet food whihc is chicken adn rice basically. So far she's been ok, but she hasnt gone poop yet. livingdustmops, i will defintely check out that site. thank you.
