| Memphis was diagnosed with pancreatitis too. She puked quite badly a few times and had to sent her to the hospital. She is better now as I'm careful with her diet. Doc had advised me to feed her on low fat diet. So now she's eating rice, chicken and brocolli. A bit for boring for her and condsidering that she is a very picky eater. |

| Not Quite Sure... I hope that your baby is doing much better now. I was wondering if Buddy ate any grass after he was released from the hospital. The first thing that my Gingy did that made me start to wonder about her, was that she would constantly want to go outside to eat grass. Which in turn would make her throw up. We admitted her to the hospital last friday and she was there for 3days on IVs. Since she has been home she has seemed to be better than ever, but today I took her for a walk and wouldnt you know... she started eating grass again. It has been hours and although she has not thrown up, her tummy (or maybe her intestines) have been gurgling constantly, which was something that happened alot prepancreatitis. I dont know if I should be worried and of course the vet is not in today because it's Sat. and their msg on the machine only has an option to press if it is a :"life threatening issue". |
