| ![]() Ugh. I could just die! I was taking her out of the car and a car was passing by and i jerked the leash so she couldn't be in the cars path and somehow her little foot got under mine! She yelped out, but only cried once. She is limping off and on, she is definitely favoring it, but does seem reluctantly wiling to put weight on it. She still wanted to go for a walk, so I think thats good. Appetite still good, but she is snuggling up to me and obviously is in some pain. Its almost midnight now so I'm going to wait and see how she is tomorrow before deciding whether to take her in or not. Then I was thinking, besides x-rays to check for broken bones, what can they do anyway? I guess thats why Im here. To see what you all think. Thank you for your time and thoughts. Christopher |

| ![]() They can give her pain medicine and an anti inflammatory. I definitely say if there is any sign of issue in the morning you definitely need to take her in. Occasionally mine have gotten their paws stepped on but have never limped or not wanted to put weight on it so that’s is a good sign something might be wrong. They have such tiny little paws.

| ![]() Through prayers and all good things, Izzy is 90% back to her old self today! I made a vet appointment but cancelled it at the last minute due to her playfulness and not favoring it hardly at all. It seemed to me that if shes this much better in about 14 hours then we were out of the woods! Thank you all!! |
