He Checked Her Again And Again, Then Finally Came To The Conclusion That It Was Something She Must Have Ate.
He Thinks That ( Miss Nosey Rosey ) While Playing Outside Ate A Bug Or Something In That Nature N-E Way .
I Live In The Deep South Of Louisiana So, Since The Hurricane Hit
There Are Many Lil Bugs Around, And Of Course She Wanted To Try One Out I Guess.
I Also Noticed She Was Acting Like Her Back Was Hurting Her B/C She Was Kinda Hunched Backed.
The Reason For That And Aso The Reason She Would Not Move Was B/C She Was In So Much Pain.
He Gave Her Pain Medication & Ran Alot Of Test To Make Sure That Was The Exact Reason For Her Acting That Way.
He Told Me Not To Let Her Eat For The Next 24 Hrs.
And, If She Were To Throw Up It Would Be O.k . Only For The First Couple OF Times. If She Did More Than That He Wanted Me To Take Her In Right Away.

I Asked Him About The Nutri-cal He Said She Did Not Need It But Let Me Know What It Was Used For B/c Honestly No Vet Has Ever Told Me -R- I Have Never Heard Of It From N-E Where Else Beside's When Yau'll Said Something Yesterday. Thank's 2 All For That !!!
Let Me Say I Was Very Happy To Write Almost A Two Hundred Dollar Check . I't Took That Weight Off Of My Shoulders So Fast, Just To See My Lil Baby Girl Out Of The Pain.

If N-e One Knows Of Friends -r- Family Living Down Here Let Them Know About All These Lil Bugs That Are Making Our Puppies Sick.
The Vet Told Me That Baby Girl Was Not The First To Come In W/the Same Symptoms, Their Had Been Alot Of Puppies In There Since The Hurricane.

I Want 2 Thank Each And Everyone Of You That Responded To Me As Soon As You Did. It Was My First Time On The Sight And I Have No Clue As To What I Was Doing .
And To The People Who Did Not Believe Me Just Send Me Yau'll E-Mail Address And I'll Send A Copy Of The Vet Bill.

I Am Only 23 Years Old And I Have Only Had A Yorkie For The Last Two Years And if I Had Not Listened To Each One Of You With The All Of The Suggestions I Would Have Never Been Able To Let The Vet Know What Might Have Been Wrong With Baby Girl .

And Also I Would Like To Add, That Never In My Life
( Not Even My Own Family ) I Have Ever Had So Many People Concerned. That Makes Me & Baby Girl Feel Truly Special To Know That There Are Those Kind Of People Still Around.

Lacie, I am sorry that your posts left me in doubt yesterday. I want you to know that I am very pleased that you got your pup to the vet and that she will be recovering nicely.

I know when I was new to this site I did not know much about the posting policies or traditions either, and I am sure I made my share of fumbles too. AND I did not have to post in such a heated moment as you had to.

I am just very glad that everything worked out, and I hope you can forgive me for being such a doubtful person. I am not usually that way, but I know you will come to know that in time. For now, again, I am sorry if I hurt your feelings.

I am sooooo happy to hear that your baby is going to be OK!! Wish we knew what the bug was that made her that sick. That's really scarey!! Of course, it is scarey anytime they are sick!

I wanted to appologize for doubting you lacie. I am very glad that your baby girl is doing better. And poo on those vets for trying to talk you out of taking her to see them! For all we pay them you'd think they would jump with joy when they get an appointment! Geesh! Did the vet say what the bug she ate was called? Bc I know all of us would like to know so we can be on the look out for those little stinkers! It must have been a real doozy to make your little girl so sick. Are they only found down south?

My reasoning for doubting is a simple one. In the past I have stayed up all night (and even hopped on the computers on campus in between rushing to classes) waiting for an update post from an apparently very sick puppy. Well long story short the thread was a fake.. made only to worry and upset YT members.. Well, it sucked.. And I am really sorry that I doubted you.
