My Adina almost died today...

My Adina is back to her normal self...a friend was over the other day and Adina started barking at her. That is her routine with people in the house....she barks and acts tough!
My friend commented to her that she surely was feeling better!

I am so sorry to hear what happened to Adina, I am so happy she is ok, you absolutely saved her, Thank God. We send you and her our love, give her a kiss and hug from us. I know how awful it is to have something so scary happen to your lovely little girl, I hope you are doing well also. Our thoughts are with you. Wednesday of this week Chloe was attacked by a racoon, thank God there where no injuries and she is fine. They are such precious little ones.

Holy Cow Linda! Just now reading about Adina. I always say you have wings! And now fins too! Thanking God you reacted so fast! Adina is one lucky little girl with a momma that would do anything for her! You did good!

Thanks Joyce. Actually I did bad, but thankfully it ended up good. Probably the scariest moment of my life.

Accidents do happen you know that. You can't predict what these little ones will do...ever. It did end up good thanks to your quick thinking. Funny thing is that after I read your post I went out on my porch and found not one but two sopping wet cats. How they both ended up in my pool is beyond me. They must have been fighting. I never heard a sound! Thankfully they were able to get out on their own because I wasn't there to help. Last weekend we lost power because of the storm so I opened up windows for air. Hannah wanted up in the window so my hubby put her stairs where she could get up and down. I started to roll over on the couch and take a nap but then I thought about the screen coming off so I grabbed Hannah and put her back on the floor and moved the stairs. My point is we try to protect them. Sometimes we can be there for them and sometimes not. I would have died if I had found 2 cats in my pool! Maybe they were after a mouse or something?? I'll never know. I've taught all of my dogs that are allowed outside how to get out of the pool but how the heck do you teach cats? Might be something I try next summer after a little research and CPR. Anyway I am so sorry that you had to experience that but so happy that all ended well. I was trying to make you laugh about now having fins. I thought you could probably use a laugh after all you'd been through. Hugs to you and all of your little ones!
