Had Teeth Removed - Baby Is Weeping

Wow I didnt realize when I talked to you earlier that they took out that many teeth. Bless her little heart. It sounds like she is doing better and thats great that you got herr to eat already. When my dogs just had 4 teeth removed they didnt eat untill the next day. Well again I am glad to hear she is doing better and maybe now she can rest better tonight.

Oh yes, that little babies mouth was full of double teeth that she hadn't lost. I played tug with her and everything I could think of. Just didn't happen. I'm glad that she is sleeping now and really appreciate you caring. Thanks again so much.

I'm glad to hear your baby is doing better! I could not imagine having to go through that as a human...much less a furbaby! Hugs go out to Dollie!

How's she feeling today ? I missed this yesterday and she could have been crying from pain AND the trauma....our yorkies can be just like babies and it's up to us to know if it's serious or normal crying...if she's stopped today then maybe she's feeling better ? That was sad to read but many yorkies have teeth pulled and it usually takes a good 24 hours before they act back to normal....It's way better to have those teeth OUT then leaving them in....

Thanks so much for asking. She had me up and down all night. I finally gave in and gave her more to eat. I know she was starving and the vet said not to much food, but come on. I know what she was telling me. Mommie, I can't sleep if my tummy is so empty. She didn't throw up her food so that was a good thing, I think we actually went to sleep on the couch around 4:00. This morning she isn't hungry but I have to get food down her before she gets her atibiotic's (sp) anyhow. She is running around, but not chewing on doggie toys. (Gee, wonder why!) Poor baby. Thanks for checking this out. Our Yorkie Family Is the BEST!

What about orajel? They use it on babies.... I wonder if you called the vet if he's okay it?
