Ok well Callie had knee surgery Friday. Before that I would wipe her privates every night with a warm wet cloth but I have not done that sense her surgery because I didn't want to have to move her around to much. Well I went to change the blanket on her bed that she has in her pen and there was a small tiny yellow spot. Then she was laying on her side so I took a peak at her girly part and it looked kind of dirty around it so I got a warm cloth and wiped it and it was coming off kind of yellow and it smelled really bad. She has been on antibiotic sense her surgery and still will be for five more days. Any ideas?

It could be she may have a yeast infection due to taking the antibiotics. I had that happen with my late Lizzie. You many want to call your Vet and ask them about it, or take her in and have them look at her.

I plan on calling first thing in the morning. I didn't even think about that.

I agree with Vicki...could be from the meds. Let us know what her vet says!

Ok well vet says it's not impossible but does not think a yeast infection from the antibiotics is likely. She thinks it cold be old pee. She wants me to make sure to gently but well clean her and change the blankets on her bedding and see if it happens again. If it does we will have to bring her in.

Any change in peeing habits it could be a uti or a yeast infection
