I'm taking him to the vet now. Thrown up 7 times since 6 am and now is 8:15. So scared
I was never told about lab values until after the fact.

Yes and I didnt know the lab values until after the fact. Not much of an appetite or wanting to drink water, using a syringe when he lets me. Throwing up for 3 days now

I understand that. What I don't understand is how a vet thought he had possible GI bleeding and he still anesthetized.

He says there was no danger going into surgery with an elevated BUN now he could just be telling me that, but I don't know. I really like this vet, I really trust him and believe maybe he made a mistake perhaps, i work at the hopsital and know things like that happen. But i cant dwell on what should of happened. he's on medicine now to help if he does have a stomach ulcer and I'm just having to encourage fluids he got a shot of anti vomiting medication and it helped, hasn't vomited since then. he's on it for the next four days. Please say a little puppy prayer for him!
