Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() The past couple days London has been sluggish, she's always been a lazy dog anyway so I didn't think anything of it. But today she just slept all day and pooped a lot of blood in her stool. Sometimes she's hungry, sometimes she's not these past few days but I always make sure she eats. Well I just gave her bits of chicken and I noticed she didn't chew, just swallowed it and she's kind of salivating. I was petting her and I noticed a kind of lump under her mouth, but above her neck. I'm so worried, can it be cancer or something? She looks really tired now, and I'm afraid she's in pain. This is something I just now noticed btw. Any thoughts, help would be appreciated. She's 7 years old and is spayed.

| ![]() It could be any number of things. If I saw that one of mine had blood in their poop, you can bet I would have them at the vet. I do think a Vet visit is in order, and have them run some blood work and do a check up.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() Back from the vet! They said swollen lymph node maybe due to bacterial infection. Prescribed antibiotics and we are to take her back for a recheck up in a week. I hope the lump goes down! ![]()

| ![]() I'm glad it's not cancer! Really the only advice we could have given you was take her to the vet. I hope her infection clears up quickly.
