| Good news! Thank goodness nothing drastic - but how do you treat it? I wouldn't know what to do. Boots? Socks? Soak & file it, then rub in cream?

| I'm glad that's all it is. It is amazing how quickly something like that can grow! But that makes sense with it being the same on both feet.
