Karen, did he get an X-ray when all this started. Is it possible that its more his hip or even a toe?

He got an X-ray and it showed nothing except inflammation in his knee. He fell on his hip once when he was a pup so I made sure they checked everything. He appears fine now. The vet said that he should learn how to stretch his leg to pop his knee back in.

I just moved about 6 weeks ago to a 2 story house. The stairs are somewhat winding and Max goes down them very quickly. They are laminate so they are fairly slippery. I now put a gate at the top and the bottom so they are unable to get onto the stairs without me.

I'm actually living out of both house right now. I'm 5 minutes away either way.
