| How much Pumpkin? Woke up and saw Toto had soft splattery poop (sorry!) on the top of his house. I had a can of pumpkin so I gave him two teaspoons. He loved it. Was that enough? He's acting normal, playing like mad. I'm going to go home in a bit to check on him, but MIL is home also. All the time I've had him, he's always had very good firm poops, even after getting into trash TWICE. I wonder what (who?) did it?

| Thank you! I went home during lunch and he seemed fine. No more poop in his crate. We'll see how it goes after dinner.

| Poop is still not firm like it's supposed to be, but it's not on the verge of not being a solid like before. I can pick it up and it stays in one piece. =P I froze the rest of the pumpkin in little mounds, so I've been giving him one every 12 hours or so, and he seems to love it. Esp since it's so hot and we don't have AC. He did poop in his crate this AM but only bc I woke up late (Uni alarm didn't go off for some reason) and he couldn't hold it. He peed too, but both on his pad, so no worries on that. I just wonder what he ate that made his poop so soft for two days? Even after eating garbage AND an entire Cup o Noodles (the kind with the soup base with onion and garlic powder in it too!) and part of the styrofoam cup, he was totally fine!

| Really? I hadn't heard that before. It HAS been exceptionally hot here the last few days. Come to think of it, Uni's poop has been a tad softer than usual, but no where near Toto's consistency.

| Toto might just be more sensitive to the heat. Have you tried using frozen water bottles in his crate? I add 2-3 in Kaji's house (under a thin blanket so he isn't directly touching the bottles) and he stays cools and refreshed while us humans are DYING!!
