Okay ALL....let's all take a collective deep breath...and I'm not being cheesy here, I really mean it. Let's cool 'er down a notch bc the volume it's at right now is going to either deeply hurt someone, or get someone in trouble, or trigger someone to say something they're going to regret.

It may be that this thread just needs to be closed. However, if something needs to be discussed here - we're willing to let it stay open if it stays cool.

PLEASE, everyone take it down a notch. There is nothing good to come from hurting each other.

Would you like to change your statement because you most certainly were talking about him. You even put my link on there Colby walking, so stop lieing. You had no business at all bringing him up. Now I am done.

I am sorry, but it has been hard since we had to put Colby to sleep and I have been trying to deal with the pain I feel losing him and for her to post my thread and say what she did really upset me.

Many vets start vaccinations at 6 weeks. I've even read where some give puppy shots starting at 4 weeks.:( Maybe he did not have any money because he already spent lots of money. The truth is that there were many things that went unanswered. It is impossible for any of us to say what was wrong with the pup without seeing him. The OP did not mention how the pups stools were. The pup could of been suffering from coccidia. Coccidia can be deadly if left untreated. He mentioned the pup had been sick for several days. What had transpired over those several days? We don't know. I wish we knew more. I pray the little puppy is okay.

It would of been great if the OP had a mentor or someone near by that could of taken the puppy. Sadly, most people when they breed are not prepared for all the things that can go wrong.

As I recall, I suggested rescue if you could not afford to care for him. That is what THIS complaint today is about...someone said the word rescue and everyone got their panties in a wad.

This has nothing to do with you or your loss. It had to do with an example I was giving. I am sorry that you are hurt by it....it was not my intent. My intent was to show a clear example of why I say the things I do...and honestly I don't see WHY people keep wanting to stop my opinions but think theirs are ok.

I am going to get off here now and enjoy my day. I don't see how this is helping the OP in any way shape or form. I have suggested to him how I can help.

I'm so terribly sorry for your loss, I just cannot imagine the pain :love:. I hope you can find some healing over time and I'll keep you in my thoughts.

There is so much passion here at YT and I love it, but I know passion can result in hurt too and it's tough to see that happen.

I truly don't think anyone's intent was to hurt you, but I can tell you're hurt nonetheless. Please don't let this thread define your experience here, because your place here is so much more than one experience. I think LadyJane's apology is sincere, and I don't think she'd willfully intend to hurt you, I truly mean that. I think she is really coming from that angle of being in rescue, and the things she lives/sees day in day out.
