I am so happy to hear that Tibbe is doing so well. Knowing the mommy you are, you will have the perfect diet figure out in no time at all. Hope you too will take some time to look after yourself as well and get well together with your little guy so you can both resume your usual fun filled Tibbe days.

So happy that Tibbe is doing so well and back to his playful and lively self. Now you have to take care of YOU and get rid of that nasty cold. Hope you feel better tomorrow and Tibbe continues to feel good. You have both been through a lot these past weeks, but praying Monday brings only good news for you both.

Steph, thanks for asking. We are both doing better today - he's acting normally but just got his last dose of Metronidazole last night - and I still had to put off vet visit again due to my tummy thing. Weak as a cat, still sl. nauseated. Got a Thurs. visit scheduled for our next steps in treatment. Praying his new diet won't make him itchy so we'll change-over very slowly. After all he's been through at the vet lately, when I called the vet today to R/S, he got so excited. I mean this little guy has been treated pretty rough by vets lately but he's still excited about going.

How to they know when we are talking about them on the phone? No doubt he did hear me say who I was and his name when I had to call and R/S his appt. this morning but he just gets all fuzzy and excited and lovey-dovey when I'm talking to somebody about him on the telephone! How can they tell? He thinks he's part of the convo and just gets so into it. It's so cute to see. And every time the phone rings he gets excited in case it's about him, amps up every time it is, still listens but quietly when it's not. He's a shameless eavesdropped.

That cute little smart little Tibbe! I laugh when I read your posts about him and the phone conversation. I am so glad he is better and hoping you will feel better soon too. He is a little therapy dog, makes ya feel better just by having him around!

Every little thing about Tibbe is so adorable! Every time the phone rings, Katie thinks she's going to play. A lot of times I do throw her ball while I'm on the phone, so she's not too far off. Lately she will bounce her ball and start playing on her own if the phone rings and she doesn't get to go out to play. She could have had over an hour of racing after her ball, and she is still always ready to play.

I'm so glad that Tibbe is feeling so much better. Now I hope that you, too, feel better.

Haha. I can see little Katie now bringing that little ball, hope in her eyes, when she hears the phone ring. Such little characters - always thinking of ways to gain a leg up on us and use everything to their advantage. I so love that about dogs. They are just so honest about the way they manipulate us.

It's so good to have my little cartoon Yorkie back in my life. He's like a walking Disney Channel character jumped off the TV screen - always OT and doing the cutest things with all his flair. What gives certain dogs so much personality? It's everything to have him back to himself.

As I have said before, your stories about Tibbe have made him come alive in my mind. I love dog stories and movies, can't get enough of them, and your beautiful young man would make the most amazing protagonist for many reasons: he he has a heart of gold, such an animated, amazing personality and spirit, great temperament, the most beautiful smile, has a most devoted, passionate mom who would do anything for him, and he has us all rooting for him. A dog and his loving mom, who have captured the hearts of others that they have never personally met, have to be truly special. Please always continue to share your stories of your precious Tibbe. They always uplift my spirits and make me smile.
