I am so glad the surgery went well, we are going to have surgery on our Sammy in about 4 weeks... doing all the prep now (teeth cleaning, antibiotics for three weeks prior to cateract surgery) your comments made me feel more confident about having the procedure done.

We are all pulling for Sammy I know everything is going to be fine. I was really terrified before Oliver's surgery. I didn't get much sleep and I must have smoked my head off. Now that's it's over the only thing I worry about is his medication schedule. He has to get 4 different eye drops plus predisone and clava mox twice a day. It's like having a baby the only difference is Oliver sleeps all night. The most important part of the surgery is the after care. It's going to be hectic. We not only have Oliver we have 6 other dogs to care for and If I can do it you will also. Good luck and keep us posted.
