I'm praying for little Luvee. I'm so glad that she's at A&M where so many have been before and feel confident that she's getting the best care.

Waiting on pins and needles for the results of her tests...

I LOVE A&M!!! I would go there myself if they would take me!!! They are so knowledgable and if some "mystery" should arrive, they will swarm all over it until they get an answer! Sharoest minds, kindest most compassionate hearts, cutting edge equipment and technology.....what more could we ask for when we arrive on their doorstep with our precious, pitiful, sick and injured, in desperate need of help and comfort.....I am thrilled you jumped on the suggestion without a second thought....you wont regret it!

I am just seeing your post and pray that they get answers to what is ailing Luvee. Please keep us updated as you are able on how she is doing. She is a sweetheart!

I had a nice conversation with the Dr. and intern this afternoon. Luvee is doing great! I even got to spend a little time with her! :thumbs_up Ultrasound showed no abnormalities. No liver shunt. They are thinking she might've been a tad over-medicated initially and that she was just "in a fog". That could be true but I was following directions and did not want her in pain. The neurology specialists went over her thoroughly and only found some tenderness and mild pain in her spine towards her bum. They elected not to do a brain scan as they didn't figure it was necessary. Only time will tell if that is the right call. I'm going to trust them on that and hope Luvee's brain is okay.

More blood tests to be done tomorrow and then I will take her with me either home or to my sister's house who lives 2 hours away. (in case Luvee needs to be back Monday morning due to blood test results)
