Bottom line is this...your vet is not finding the problem and you aren't happy with your vet. What can it hurt to take Adonis to another vet and just see what/if other answers you get?

That was the very first thing that hit my head after I looked at some of the numbers on his blood work, and looking them up! I've emailed a friend who has raved about her vet, to find out his name, and number and where he is.

Even the place where they sent his blood work had notes under the urine, and I'm looking up what causes what it said was "proteinuria".

I agree with trying another vet. The labs sound like pancreatitis with dehydration but the symptoms sound somewhat like canine vestibular syndrome. I had looked that up in the past when my dog exhibited signs of a neurological disorder when he started swaying when standing, fell down a couple of times, vomited once and had altered mental status and lethargy. I watched him suffer for 5 hours throughout the night and just knew he was going to die, and rushed him to the vet as soon as they opened, at which time he miraculously recovered and acted normal despite shivering and being only semiresponsive on the trip to the vet...anyway, we didn't have labs done & the vet thought I was FOS, I'm sure, but some of your baby's symptoms seem to fit vestibular syndrome.
