They usually need fluids for 3 - 4 days. At least it has been that way in my experience. If she is not doing better, I would get her back in.

They put the fluids right under her skin, not iv, and she had a bump there for a couple of days. She is doing better today, Did not even need a pain killer today. :}

Tonight I made them, boiled turkey, with peas and white rice but someone told me to use brown rice so I am checking into that also. Hubby got chili dogs and was jelous lol

Subcutaneous fluids don't usually stay under the skin very long. Cannot imagine two days.

Believe me if she wasnt better I would be at the Vets beating on the door, this is my only little girl, she really has gotten spoiled these past few days, not that she was not spoiled already but it is worse now.
