Ok so yesterday I was on my way home from work when my dh called and asked where I was. I told him I was just leaving drug store on my way to get Quincy's food. He said come straight home I told him I had no food he said come home you may not need it. I asked WHAT? I was told he hadn't been acting normal since noon. Very listless, hiding away from people when he barks sounds like he is all congested. I flew home, scooped up Quincy asked dh if he was coming with me he hesitated for a second- big mistake- are you are aren't you? I had no time to waste my baby was hurting.

Well x-rays, 3 medications, 1 shot and $275.00 later. He has done something to his back in the L3, L5 range (inflammation), also has fluid in his lungs. So, he needs to be confined for 3 weeks (he was doing so good in agility class), meds (muscle relaxer and pain meds) 3x a day, liquid antibiotics 2x a day.

This is going to be a VERY LONG 3 weeks!

Oh my goodness. Poor Quincy! And, poor Mom and Dad, who will have to keep him still for 3 weeks. Prayers that they go by quickly and that Quincy is all better soon!!!

Poor thing. Good thing he was home to tell you...wish he would have taken him in, but at least he made the call.
