| ![]() im very sorry this happened...i would never return to a groomer who dropped my baby. granted i understand things happen but i trust no one with my babies...sometimes not even my dd. i hope she makes a full recovery and i will keep her in my prayers for that.

| ![]() I hope Acorn continues to get better for you. If she continues to have problems a good place to go is the Perdue Vet in Lafayette. Good luck with her.

| ![]() I am praying for your baby, and I also hope she makes a full recovery. A few years ago, someone visiting me dropped my little poodle. He had the same symptoms you are describing. The emergency vet initially thought it was from the trauma etc. However, once they released him to me, I just didn't feel like things were right with him. I had him seen by specialists at our local vet school, and he had fluid built up from the fall that was causing pressure on his brain. THey were able to give him an iv medication that removes the excess fluid. This made a MAJOR difference in my baby! I am not saying this is what is wrong with your dog, but I would definitely have a neurology specialist see him. I was assured by my general vet that all was fine, but this was the only treatment that gave him symptom improvement. I am keeping your little one in my prayers, and I hope she makes a full recovery soon!! |

| ![]() Thanks for sharing your story, it's good to know your dog recovered! Acorn is doing much better today. She was actually running in the snow last night (she's not listening to doctors orders to rest :-p). She's on her pain killers and resting a ton. We have a specialist back home for this, so if she's not back to normal well take her. Thank you all again for your help & prayers<3 |

| ![]() I would really try to keep her quiet. Even though the pain killers are working, any jarring, however so slight, could still cause damage, or prolong her healing.
